We’re turning Lumina into a space for connection and creativity — where you can hang out with other inspiring friendors, sip a little something, and walk away with professional photos that elevate your brand.
And don’t worry — you won’t be sitting in a makeup chair under fluoro lights or standing stiffly in front of a blank wall. This is headshots, Lumina-style.
Here’s how it works:
– A warm welcome and a glass of bubbles or a cuppa
– Time to chat and connect with other creatives — no awkward networking, just good company and time to calm the nerves
– A 20-minute photo session with Katie Palmer— calm, encouraging, and so good at getting you on camera
– Makeup by Scarlett Quarmby
– Hair touch-ups by Alison from Allie Mary Hair
– 6 professional, camera-facing headshots
– A few natural, candid-style photos to round out your gallery
– All images edited and delivered digitally, ready to use wherever you show up online
Full Experience – $350
The full hour — professional, natural hair and make up, photos, refreshments, and creative company.
Photos Only – $180
Pop in as you are. You’ll still be part of the vibe, enjoy a drink, and have your 20-minute shoot with Katie.

⏱ There’s time to swap outfits, choose your furniture, and bring a few props if they suit your brand (think tools of your trade, a laptop, bouquet, sketchbook, favourite coffee cup — whatever feels like you)
